Pregnancy has changed how to eat, I love poultry and since getting knocked up I havent been able to eat poultry. :( I miss chicken! My grocery bill was cheaper, I enjoyed cooking and I didnt have to look far for receipes! Franks red hot isnt the same on beef or pork!
Well me and Pinterest havent beening seeing eye to eye either, they only want to show me chicken! How ever I did stumble across a few really yummy recipes that are keepers and worth sharing.
Pasta Salad
1 Box Spiral Pasta cooked to Al Dente
1lb block of mozarrella cheese cut into bite size pieces
18 Cherry tomatos cut in half
Salami - Cut into bite size pieces, amount? To your taste!
Pepperoni - Cut into bite size pieces, amount? Again to your taste
1 Bottle of Kens Italian Dressing with aged Parm
Mix all the above to your own taste, I ened up using half a bottle of dressing. This is best served cold and great for lunches!
I used less tomatos, more Salami and the pieces of cheese were smaller than most.
Fruit Salad
1 Container of Cool Whip
2 - 8oz Strawberry Yoguart (I used greek)
1 -3.5oz Jello Pudding Cheesecake (Instant)
3 Can Dole Fruit Cocktail
Juice of 1 can of fruit
Mix Cool Whip with yoguart & juice, fold in pudding mix dry
Mix in fruit
Serve Cold, Keep Cold
This recipe is quite easy to mix up, French Vanilla Pudding with Peach Yoguart and Tropical Fruit is really good too.
