Oatmeal Fruit Bake - Breakfast or any daytime snack
Preheat Oven to 350
Grease 9x13 Pan
1 3/4 Cup Milk
2 Eggs
1/2 cup 100% Pure Maple Syrup (not Pancake syrup)
1/4 cup Melted Butter (not margarine )
1/4 cup Apple Sauce or mashed bananas
3 Cups Old Fashioned Oats
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
2 cup frozen fruit (fresh can make the recipe more liquid, if so increase the amount of oats by 1/2 cup)
Mix all together put in a 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 35-40 Mins
