The house

While I know there are advantages to being a home owner there are many more advantages to be a renter. The biggest?? If something breaks and you rent it....guess what??.....YOU DONT HAVE TO FIX IT!! I am so freaking tired of fixing crap! The washing machine hose busted and flooded the laundry room before anyone noticed...the Fridge is about to go out. UGH!!! I am so sick and tried of never having any freaking money and things that need to be fixed!!!! I do not want to finance a new fridge but I may have to. UGH!! I need a rich Uncle or a winning lottey ticket
